Dewar’s wanted to bring their annual golf sweepstakes to their Facebook page. This year, they were partnering with TaylorMade to give fans a chance to win a tee time with a professional golfer and 2 of their friends at Pro Am Tournament at the Bethpage Black course, as well as the chance to win TaylorMade prizes every week for 12 weeks.
We were tasked with naming the Sweeps program and bringing it to life in an engaging way. We called it the “Play with the Pros” sweepstakes, and created a timer-like mechanism within the app to create a sense of immediacy for fans wishing to enter. Posts highlight the weekly prizes, drive fans to enter, and create fan interaction with engaging golf content like polls and questions. We promoted the program through a tab on Dewars.com, an email to the Dewar’s database, and ads on Facebook.
